Our Story

Ramanath, Abhilesh and Sandeep were neighbors who shared an interest in running, cricket, and golf. They could not help but notice that a lot of people didn’t like to count calories or do bodybuilding, but still wanted to look good and stay healthy. The friends then decided to look at the Indian method of Ayurveda, which is a way to stay healthy. Ayurveda is based on simple do’s and don’ts and does not require counting calories or doing bodybuilding.

Ayurveda has a lot of good things in it, but it also has some challenges. The first challenge is that people don’t have good easy-to-use content. The second challenge is that Ayurveda is based on the idea that everyone is different.

To address this problem, AyuRythm was born. AyuRythm is a personalized and integrative wellness tool. It is a mobile app that helps people get a complete ayurvedic assessment and get personalized ayurvedic coaching. AyuRythm was made with help from experts in the Ayurvedic community and can be used by anyone with a smartphone.
