Eating past a seven diverts an enormous amount of energy from important psychological needs.
Include all six tastes at every meal
As per Ayurveda, it is suggested that everyone should include a small amount of each taste in their meal. The six flavors include Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, Astringent and Bitter. By incorporating each of these tastes into every meal, the body receives a bio- diverse energetic palate.
Eat your largest meal of the day at lunchtime
Ayurveda says that the digestive agni is maximum during lunch time. Your body works according to the movement of the sun and your digestive agni is naturally high when the sun is the strongest. Therefore,it is advisable that as the sun goes down, you should also reduce your heavy food intake.
